2. How Our Platform Works

H5Bros is a gaming portal that aggregates HTML5 games through the Playgama Partner Program. Games are embedded via iframes from Playgama's servers — we do not host game files directly. However, if you believe any content on our site infringes your copyright, we will take immediate action.


3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on H5Bros, please provide the following information in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — Describe the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or provide a link to your original work.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — Provide the specific URL(s) on H5Bros where the allegedly infringing content is located.
  3. Your contact information — Include your full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

5. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours
  • Review the claim and verify the information provided
  • Remove or disable access to the infringing content promptly (typically within 48 hours)
  • Notify the content provider (Playgama) of the takedown
  • Keep records of all DMCA notices received and actions taken

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  • Identification of the removed material and its previous location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction
  • Your physical or electronic signature

7. Repeat Infringers

H5Bros will terminate access to any content that is the subject of repeated valid DMCA notices. We maintain a policy against repeat infringement in accordance with the DMCA.


8. Good Faith

Please note that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Before submitting a takedown notice, please ensure that you are the rightful copyright holder or authorized representative.
